Where required by law, We collect, use, and disclose this information only with your consent or as otherwise permitted, required, or authorized by law.
- Sensitive Personal Information. Certain of the Personal Information that We collect, as described above, may constitute “sensitive Personal Information” as defined by applicable law, including consumer health-related data you choose to provide in connection with the Services you request; and account log-in credentials (to operate, manage, and authenticate your registration and account on Our Services).

If you choose to make a payment through the Service, your payment-related data will be collected directly by the third-party payment service rather than by Company and you are subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy.
Collecting this information helps us to improve Our Services, including by enabling us to:
- Estimate Our audience size and usage patterns.
- Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize Our Services according to your individual interests.

We may also use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). For more information, see Targeted Advertising.
The technologies We use for this automatic data collection may include:

We also use Google Analytics to analyze use of Our Services. For more information about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, please visit http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Some content, applications, or services, including advertisements, on the Services are served by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use Our Services. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. For information about how you can opt out of receiving targeted advertising from many providers, see Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information.
From Other Sources. We may obtain Personal Information about you from other sources and combine that with information We collect directly from or about you. For example, We may receive certain information about you from business partners or service providers that We engage to perform services on Our behalf, such as website platform, email platform, scheduling platform, and content providers, payment processors, advertising networks and analytics providers, and security and anti-fraud services. We may also receive information about you from individuals (such as family members, caregivers, or representatives) you authorize or direct to provide information to us in connection with providing or supporting the Services you requested from us. The Personal Information We may receive from other sources includes information about your interests, contact information, transaction-related information, marketing information, or other information relevant to Our relationship with you or your interaction with the Services.

We may collect, process, and disclose de-identified information for any purpose, without restriction, consistent with applicable law. When We collect, process, or disclose de-identified information, We will maintain and use it in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify the information, except to determine whether Our de-identification processes satisfy any applicable legal requirements.
To the extent We collect sensitive Personal Information through the Services, We do not use or disclose that information for purposes other than those permitted by applicable law, including, where necessary, to perform services or provide goods reasonably expected in connection with your relationship with us; to process or fulfill transactions, verify your information, maintain or service accounts, and provide storage, analytics, or similar services for the Company; to prevent, detect, and investigate security incidents and to defend against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; and to verify or maintain the quality, safety, and integrity of the Services and improve, upgrade, or enhance Our Services.

If Our Services offer social sharing features and other integrated tools, your use of such features relies on the settings you establish with the entity providing the social sharing feature, and not this Privacy Policy. Note: We do not “sell” your Personal Information or consumer health data, “share” that information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined by applicable law), or use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding your Personal Information. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Services may then be inaccessible or not function properly. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Company to promote Our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt out by sending us an email stating your request to support@ourlifeplans.com. If We have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions or you may unsubscribe or “Opt Out” of future emails.

- Universal Opt-out Mechanisms. In addition, some browsers and browser extensions may support an opt-out signal (such as Global Privacy Control) that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data “sales” or “sharing” as defined under certain laws. Should We engage in Personal Information sales or sharing (as those terms are defined by applicable law), We will make reasonable efforts to honor your choices indicated by the signals sent through such universal opt-out controls consistent with applicable law.
- Accessing, Updating, and Deleting Your Information. You can contact us at support@ourlifeplans.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Information that you have provided to us. We may also ask you to verify your identity before We respond to your request to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information. If We are unable to verify your identity, We may deny your requests to know or delete. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If We determine that the request warrants a fee, We will tell you why We made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before processing your request. Please describe your request in sufficient detail so that We can properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
Requests by authorized agents. Some states permit their residents to designate an authorized agent to submit requests to exercise certain data subject rights on their behalf. Where applicable, you may designate an authorized agent, in writing to exercise the above rights on your behalf. Even if you use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, pursuant to applicable law, We may still require that you verify your identity depending on the nature of the request and sensitivity of the information at issue. If your authorized agent does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to submit verified requests, We reserve the right to deny such a request that We have received and will explain to your authorized agent why We have denied such request.
Appealing a denied data subject rights request. In some circumstances, We may deny your request to exercise one or more of the rights described above. Some states permit their residents to file an appeal with us. If your state grants you such right and you disagree with our decision to deny your request or any portion of your request, you may appeal Our decision within sixty (60) days of receipt of notice that your request has been denied. If you submit an appeal to a denied request more than sixty (60) days after you have been notified of Our decision to deny the request, We may deny your appeal. If you submit a timely appeal, We will respond within forty-five (45) days of Our receipt of your appeal.
If you wish to appeal a decision, please clearly and plainly describe your basis of disagreement with Our decision by responding through the same means by which We communicated Our decision or by submitting your appeal by contacting us as described below. We will review your appeal and either amend or uphold Our decision. In either case, We will provide a written explanation of the reason for the decision. This decision will be final.

Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
