Most people don't have a plan for what happens when life changes. Not because they don't care, but because no one has ever helped them build one.
We watched families struggle through caregiving decisions, health crises, major transitions, and loss, often without a guide, without organized information, and without knowing where to turn. Important decisions got delayed. Families got overwhelmed. People who needed help didn't know how to ask for it.
We built LifePlans because we believed something better was possible. A place where individuals and families could get real, experienced guidance for whatever life brings, whether they're planning ahead or navigating something right now.

Katy created LifePlans after years of watching families face important life decisions without support or preparation. She has spent her career at the intersection of healthcare, family services, and life transitions, and built LifePlans around a simple conviction: that everyone deserves a trusted guide when life asks its hardest questions.
